Miroca has been in business since 1986, bringing deep experience in custom homes, infill projects, and Committee of Adjustment applications. We are a small, family-owned team dedicated to working with your vision and your best interests at heart.

We are BCIN-registered architectural technicians and technologists, specializing in residential construction. In addition to designing homes, we build them as well. This hands-on, real-world construction experience informs every design decision we make and ensures our drawings are practical and efficient.
 

We understand how buildings come together on site, and we work collaboratively with you, the trades, and all professionals involved to develop solutions that work—both technically and creatively—while meeting your needs as a homeowner.
